These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of onchainflows.io, the OnChainFlows dashboard, alerts, APIs, research surfaces, and any related paid plans or support channels that we make available.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
OnChainFlows ("OnChainFlows", "we", "us", or "our") operates the site and services available through onchainflows.io. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and organizations that access or use the service.
OnChainFlows provides blockchain intelligence, whale-transaction monitoring, route and entity context, dashboards, alerts, API access, and related support services. Features, product scope, and availability may vary by plan, account status, region, or release stage.
OnChainFlows does not execute transactions, manage portfolios, or provide recommendations to buy, sell, or hold assets.
We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
You may need an account to access some features. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security controls.
You agree not to:
Some features are free, while others require a paid subscription or custom commercial arrangement. Pricing, billing interval, taxes, and plan scope are presented on our pricing surfaces, order flow, or checkout pages.
For eligible transactions, Creem acts as the merchant of record. That means Creem may process your payment, collect taxes, issue invoices, send billing emails, and appear on your card or bank statement.
We receive billing and subscription metadata from Creem that is required to activate and manage your access. We do not store full card details on our own servers.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date.
You may cancel a recurring subscription through Creem's subscription-management link in Creem billing emails, through any account-management flow we provide, or by contacting us via /contact. Unless an immediate cancellation is specifically applied, cancellations generally stop future renewals and remain active through the current paid period.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused time. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy and may also be subject to applicable law and Creem requirements.
If your subscription ends, is canceled, becomes unpaid, or is terminated for cause, we may suspend or remove paid access and revert your account to the free or limited service tier that is then available.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. For provider-billed transactions, you may also be able to use the payment provider's buyer support flow.
The site, platform design, data presentation, alerts, text, graphics, software, and other service content are owned by or licensed to OnChainFlows and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your internal, lawful use. No other rights are granted.
OnChainFlows provides informational and analytical tools only. Nothing on the site or in the service constitutes investment advice, portfolio advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset or take any market action.
You remain solely responsible for your investment, compliance, and operational decisions.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for your intended use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnChainFlows will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or trading losses arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a way that could harm OnChainFlows, other users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
