Refund policy

This Refund Policy explains how OnChainFlows handles refund requests for paid plans and services billed through our website. It is intended to reduce confusion before purchase and to provide a clear path for billing support after purchase.

For eligible transactions, Paddle acts as merchant of record. That means some billing, tax, and buyer-support workflows may be handled through Paddle as part of the purchase process.

How to request a refund

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or want us to review a refund request, contact us through /contact as soon as possible and include the billing email address used at checkout, the approximate charge date, and the reason for your request.

For Paddle-billed charges, you may also be able to use Paddle's buyer-support flow on paddle.net.

Refunds we may approve

We may approve a full or partial refund, at our discretion or where required by law, in situations such as:

  • a duplicate charge or clear billing error;
  • an accidental charge caused by a demonstrable checkout or renewal issue;
  • a material technical failure that prevented delivery of the paid service and we could not resolve it in a reasonable time; or
  • other circumstances where a refund is legally required or commercially appropriate.

Charges that are generally not refunded

Unless required by law, refunds are generally not available for:

  • change-of-mind purchases after meaningful access to the paid service has been provided;
  • unused time remaining in a billing cycle after a mid-cycle cancellation;
  • failure to cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal date; or
  • market losses, trading outcomes, or decisions made using our alerts, analytics, or research surfaces.

Cancellation is not the same as a refund

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically reverse or refund charges that have already been billed for the active period.

If you cancel, your access usually continues until the end of the current paid term unless an immediate cancellation is specifically applied.

Processing of approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it is typically returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider, Paddle, and your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks and fraud claims

If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized, contact us promptly and, where applicable, contact Paddle buyer support through paddle.net.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve a legitimate billing issue may result in temporary suspension of service access while the dispute is under review.

Policy updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the current "Last updated" date.
